Your 2nd payment of is due Sept. 1, 2010. Please mail or drop off your payment to the Kinney's at 10 Twin Bridge (off of Greenville). The gate code is 1212.

Passports will of course be needed for all travelers! We would like to have a copy of all travelers passports by September 1 so that legal names can be provided to the airlines. If your Wrangler doesn't already have a passport, they need to apply as soon as possible. Passports are currently taking 4-6 weeks to process.

The Richland Station post office is the closest post office that does passports, however, it is by appointment only and they are booked up through July 10. The next closest location is the SPRING VALLEY PASSPORT OFFICE13770 NOEL RDDALLAS, TX 75240-9998
(972) 386-3440. You can schedule an appointment between 10:30-2:00 Monday through Friday. Their next available appointment is next Wednesday, so please schedule accordingly.
You can also go to the GARLAND Post Office location below which does NOT require appointments. Their passport hours are Mon-Fri 11:00am-4:00pm and Sat 9:00am-11:00am. 1000 W WALNUT STGARLAND, TX 75040-9998(972) 276-6541
I'm also told you can go to the County Clerk's office at 10050 Marsh La. 214-904-3031 and you don't need an appointment there. There are of course other locations, but these are just a few to get you started. Please make sure you have all the required forms, pictures and documents before you schedule your appointment.
You can complete and print a Passport Application Form online through the post office in advance to abbreviate your visit.
Passport Cost is $85 if under 16 and $100 if over 16. Note that this is made up of an application fee and an execution fee (two different entities). The fee schedule can be found on the requirements file attached. If under 16, both parents must attend with applicant.
